RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return: items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@neithe-atelier.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return: items must be in the same condition as when you received them — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@neithe-atelier.com if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

 

We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exchange Policy​

As we operate on a pre-order system with very limited stock, exchanging an item for a different size may result in longer shipping times as the new item may need to be produced.

To avoid delays, we recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance with sizing, we are happy to help — just email us at hello@neithe-atelier.com.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
