Order Processing
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Process
All orders ship from Dubai, UAE and are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Made-to-order garments will be shipped within the time frame specified on the product detail page.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders — both domestic and international. Please note that shipping fees do not include import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

For orders shipping to countries outside the UAE, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on the courier and location.
Please note: delivery times are guidelines only and may be impacted by payment authorisation, customs clearance, or stock availability. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships — please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Neithé Atelier is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees (“Import Fees”) imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Neithé Atelier ships all orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused, the recipient will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Neithé Atelier.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required for all deliveries to ensure the security of your purchase.
If you prefer your package to be delivered without a signature, please email us at hello@neithe-atelier.com after placing your order.
Please note: Neithé Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders not signed for with a direct signature will be returned to Neithé Atelier, and the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
